Dear readers and friends,

we are well and chilled in Santorini. Beth and I are in a cafe in Oia having Crepes and ice chocolate and there's a magnificent view of the caldera from where we are seating.

I love this island. Its by far one of the most romantic place on earth. The sunsets are breathtaking and the traditional apartments are such a joy to live in. I am already planning for a return visit. If anyone is keen on coming here in Sept/Oct, let us know! =)

We had two shoots here in Oia, and the terrain was quite a challenge cos there are lots of steps and its undulating but the sights and the landscape and friendly people more than made up for it. The weather here gets really hot between 12 to 6pm. Thats when we usually retire for a nap and also to chill back in the air-con room. The sun sets at 830pm and shops here open till abt 11pm to 12 midnight so there's really a lot of time to sight see and shoot. 

We started our shoots abt 6am in the morning and was done by 10am. We then started again between 5pm till 9pm. That way, we get really good light and the couples and myself arent tired out by the heat and the harsh light. At its peak, it gets so bright that we have to squint.

Both couples were really enthusiastic about the shoot and both were up and about at 6am for the shoot! You guys are amazing and it was really fun shoting for you! The meals we had together with my family were great affairs too. Thank you fo rthe company guys...

I havent had time to really do up any images although I am really excited about the images! We have some really great shots of the couples. I will post more in time but for now here are some images from Santorini... Cheers
